Abstract
Reading literary works means that readers make the internal dialogues with the works through the medium of the literary structure and create a new meaning of the work. In order to do this, they make use of the metaphor, description, changing points and pause or character analysis. The main points of view in reading are (1) what has changed? (2) how has it changed ? (3) by what has it been changed ? and (4) what do they think of the change? I discussed these matters by taking an example of Nametokoyama no Kuma by Kenji Miyazawa.
