Dietary salt reduction is considered to be effective for the prevention of high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, stomach cancer and so on. This study was performed to realize the cause of formation against highly salty taste preference. Young female students (age:19-22) were divided into two groups with use of salty taste preference test by use of miso soup (0.7 or 1.2% NaCl). Two groups were compared in various factors including taste sensitivity, Na+ concentration of urine, blood pressure and daily intake of nutrition. １ ．The first study performed in 1999-2001 showed that sweet, bitter and total taste sensitivity were higher in 1.2% NaCl preferring group. Those students in the group daily took miso soup containing more salt per volume and they were aware their preference to higher salty taste by themselves. ２ ．The second study showed that carbohydrate intake was significantly higher in 1.2% NaCl preferring group than 0.7% group. ３ ．In both studies, Na+ concentration of urine and the values of blood pressure were higher in 1.2% NaCl group, although those were not significant. ４ ．The ratio of 0.7% NaCl preferring students was significantly increased in the second study compared to the first study. ５ ．In the second study, the frequency of miso soup intake was significantly higher in 0.7% NaCl preferring group. Those facts indicated that NaCl concentration in daily foods is the key role for forming the preference to highly salty taste. It results in increased intake of NaCl and then raises blood pressure. Those facts are considered to be utilized in the education of dieticians. ― 26

This paper uses the AI mini-interview, an interactive approach, to improve the nature of teachers and child care workers in the Teaching-Procession Practical Seminar, which was carried out on the reflections after the teaching practice. In order to verify the results, both before and after the AI mini-interview, a child care worker reflection scale, self-assessment scale and reflection on the course were carried out and analyzed. The following things were realized after carrying out the interview on 25 second year students in the teacher/ child care worker course at a women’s junior college: 1. The scores for child care worker reflection scale were much higher after the practice than before, and their consciousness of themselves as child care workers as well as their interest in children were higher. 2. On the self-evaluation, the scores for being able to speak and listen were higher. 3. From the reflections on the course it was seen that the figures for consciousness as child care workers in terms of increase in field of vision, and learning the child care point of view were higher. These showed that the interactive approach had improved the self-awareness of child care workers.

To be an entire and intact word, it is necessary for any lexical item to get properly terminated. In this paper the author tries to make a brief sketch of the terminative structures in the verbal system of the Oga subdialect of Akita. The Verb of the Akita Dialect consists of (i)the Stem and (ii)the Extention, which form the Base, to which the Terminator must be connected to complete a verbal Word. The lexical items are divided into four types: a) □-(left side closed, right side open): verbs/adjectives[bases] and nouns b) -□(left side open, right side closed): suffixes c) -□-(both sides open): auxiliary verbs[postbases] d) □(both sides closed): adverbs by nature, interjections, particles The Terminator applies for the right arm of a lexical item, which must have been closed on the left side beforehand, and makes the word complete and intact.
